Safety

Safety is everyone’s job at Watts & Associates.  Our Safety program is more than just the OSHA manual.  Safety is part of our culture that is practiced every day, on every job.  We plan for the potential of falls, and we employ safety measure to prevent them.  We have also developed processes that promote safe and ergonomically sound work practices to prevent injuries and promote excellent work.  Our efforts help us maintain a safe environment for our crews, as well as your employees, property, and customers.

Each employee must complete orientation training before they step onto a roof.  They also complete many hours of job site and scheduled training on an ongoing basis.  Our training program is so extensive because of our strong commitment to protecting lives and property.

*Safety handbook. Every employee must agree to sign Watts & Associates zero tolerance safety policy

*Semi-annual company-wide safety meeting and review
