Rick O’Connor is the President and General Manager at Watts & Associates Roofing, Inc. Rick is a Columbia native graduating Spring Valley High School. Rick received his Bachelors of Science in Finance Managment from Clemson University. As a principle of the company Rick’s responsibilities include all aspects of the day to day operations of the business. Rick also works with estimating in the BUR, Modified, Single Ply, and Metal Roofing divisions. Rick is also involved with each job and will maintain open communication with project managers, project superintendents, owners and owner representatives.
